SUPREME GOVERNOR VISIT
Supreme Governor Wesley Crowder is scheduled to visit our Lodge on Saturday, February 11th, 2011.
Wesley I. Crowder served as Supreme Governor of the Loyal Order of Moose. He was elected to this position at the 12rd International Convention in Anaheim in 2011. He had previously served as Supreme Jr. Governor in 2010-2011 and Supreme Prelate during 2009-2010.
Wes joined Bedford VA lodge #1897 in 1963. He served as Lodge Governor, Past Governor,Sports Chairman.
At the state level, Wes served as District 6 President, Past District President and District Chairman for the Virginia Moose Association and served as Deputy Supreme Governor, Outer Guard and Sergeant at Arms.
A membe of the 50 Division of the Moose 25 Club, Wes received the Fellowship Degree of Honor in 1974 and the Pilgrim Degree of Merit in 1982.
In addition of his Moose involvement, Wes is an active supporter of his local school district and is a leader in numerous homebuilders associaiions in Virginia. He is on th eBoard of Safe Surfin' USA and also serves on the Department of Charitible Gaming.
Please plan on attending our lodge on February 11th at 5:00 pm and meet our Supreme Governor. A special Buffet will be on the menu for a special price of $6.00. There will be other activities for children and adults alike
